Alors que les changements sociaux, politiques et professionnels se multiplient, cette s\u00e9rie soul\u00e8ve une question essentielle : comment d\u00e9velopper des lieux de travail qui permettent aux personnes 2SLGBTQIA+ d\u2019appartenir aujourd\u2019hui et de fa\u00e7onner l\u2019avenir?<\/p>\n<h4>Table ronde : B\u00e2tir des futurs queers via le leadership responsable<\/h4>\n<p>Le leadership est d\u00e9terminant pour fa\u00e7onner des cultures d\u2019entreprise inclusives. Cette table ronde portera sur la mani\u00e8re dont les leaders peuvent passer des simples d\u00e9clarations de soutien \u00e0 des actions concr\u00e8tes et durables qui favorisent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 pour le personnel 2SLGBTQIA+. Les pan\u00e9listes aborderont le leadership responsable dans la pratique, notamment la mani\u00e8re dont les organisations peuvent int\u00e9grer l\u2019inclusion dans leur planification strat\u00e9gique, leurs indicateurs de performance et leurs structures de gouvernance. La discussion mettra de l\u2019avant les diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de partager le pouvoir, de soutenir les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019employ\u00e9\u00b7es et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les voix des personnes queers et trans puissent influencer la prise de d\u00e9cision. D\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en sexologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et d\u2019un certificat en entrepreneuriat et gestion de PME de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, elle adopte une approche strat\u00e9gique et inclusive dans son travail. Son engagement envers les communaut\u00e9s LGBTQ+ l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 collaborer avec plusieurs organisations, notamment le R\u00e9seau des lesbiennes du Qu\u00e9bec (RLQ) et le Club Sexu, o\u00f9 elle occupe le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente sur le Conseil d\u2019administration. Elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mission de Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada, un organisme national \u0153uvrant pour l\u2019inclusion des personnes LGBTQ+ en milieu professionnel.
