Jennifer publie des articles, organise des \u00e9v\u00e8nements et prend la parole publiquement en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais sur la th\u00e9orie et la pratique du mentorat dans diff\u00e9rents contextes et secteurs. Elle intervient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur l\u2019intersection du mentorat et de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion, et a lanc\u00e9 des partenariats nationaux et internationaux pour rendre le mentorat inclusif plus accessible aux membres des groupes vis\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. Fi\u00e8re alli\u00e9e, Jennifer a conseill\u00e9 en 2004 la Chambre de commerce 2ELGBTQI+ du Canada sur FIER.E EN AFFAIRES, le programme de mentorat de la Chambre pour les entrepreneur\u00b7es. L\u2019organisation a pour mission de rendre l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me technologique plus queer. Auparavant, Andy a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la NY Tech Alliance, une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui g\u00e8re le plus grand groupe de rencontres au monde, le NY Tech Meetup. Avec plus de 60 000 membres et la mission de d\u00e9velopper une industrie technologique plus durable, diversifi\u00e9e et \u00e9quitable pour toute la population de New York, l\u2019organisation est un pilier de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de la technologie new-yorkaise. Fervent d\u00e9fenseur de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019acc\u00e8s et de l\u2019inclusion dans le secteur technologique, Andy se distingue par son aptitude \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des liens et \u00e0 favoriser le dialogue porteur de changement. Elle cumule cinq ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la TD, d\u2019abord dans les services bancaires de d\u00e9tail, puis dans la gestion de patrimoine. Que ce soit par le soutien qu\u2019elle apporte aux planificateur\u00b7trices financier\u00b7\u00e8res ou \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du secteur de la gestion de patrimoine depuis le bureau national, Mackenzie met \u00e0 profit ses connaissances approfondies de la gestion de patrimoine, tout en \u00e9tablissant des relations solides dans le secteur.
