Cette s\u00e9ance portera sur les mythes courants relatifs aux donn\u00e9es EDI, pr\u00e9cisera les droits et responsabilit\u00e9s juridiques et soulignera comment tirer parti des donn\u00e9es OSIGEG (orientation sexuelle, identit\u00e9 de genre et expression de genre) pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion en milieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire co\u00efncide avec la Journ\u00e9e internationale contre l\u2019homophobie, la transphobie et la biphobie (17 mai) et propose des pistes de r\u00e9flexion opportunes pour comprendre comment la collecte de donn\u00e9es peut soutenir la lutte contre les barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques auxquelles font face les employ\u00e9\u00b7es 2SLGBTQIA+.
