Lors de ce webinaire, nous aborderons les \u00e9carts de richesse, d\u2019avantages sociaux et de prestations de sant\u00e9 qui affectent encore le personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ et nous pr\u00e9senterons des mesures concr\u00e8tes que les organisations peuvent prendre pour favoriser la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Nous nous pencherons sur les dispositions prises par les membres du personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ quant \u00e0 leurs r\u00e9gimes de pension et leurs strat\u00e9gies de retraite et sur les avantages inclusifs qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins particuliers de la communaut\u00e9, afin de fournir aux responsables des ressources humaines, aux gestionnaires d\u2019avantages sociaux et aux d\u00e9cideurs les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Janet a travaill\u00e9 pendant plus de 20 ans sur Bay Street pour des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et des compagnies d\u2019assurance, o\u00f9 elle a pu observer et comprendre les rouages de la gestion de patrimoine. Janet d\u00e9fend ardemment l\u2019inclusion LGBTQIA+. Elle est membre fondatrice du GRE LGBTQ+ de son entreprise et a si\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs conseils d\u2019administration b\u00e9n\u00e9voles au service de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQIA+ de Toronto, notamment en tant que pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d\u2019administration de Start Proud pendant quatre ans. Sa derni\u00e8re entreprise, Queerly Wealthy, met l\u2019accent sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques qui touchent la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQIA+ et tente de r\u00e9duire le foss\u00e9 \u00e9conomique auquel elle est confront\u00e9e. Janet est convaincue que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de favoriser l\u2019inclusion de tout groupe vis\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 est d\u2019uniformiser les r\u00e8gles du jeu financier.
