Les personnes qui dirigent des GRE 2SLGBTQIA+ ont d\u2019excellentes possibilit\u00e9s de cr\u00e9er des changements pour le personnel bispirituel, queer et trans. Elles sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques dans les milieux de travail canadiens.
