Dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et les secteurs connexes, plusieurs travailleur\u00b7euses font encore face \u00e0 des cultures d\u2019entreprise, des installations, des syst\u00e8mes de signalement et des politiques qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us en tenant compte de leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour l\u2019inclusion dans les milieux de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour faciliter le passage \u00e0 l\u2019action. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour les employeurs, les responsables de site, les professionnel\u00b7les des RH et de l\u2019EDI, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9\u00b7es syndicaux\u00b7ales, les leaders de GRE et les champion\u00b7nes sur le lieu de travail, cette bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pratique propose des ressources claires et concr\u00e8tes pour promouvoir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la dignit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>La bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils est adapt\u00e9e aux sites de travail sur le terrain, en r\u00e9gion \u00e9loign\u00e9e et sur le chantier, o\u00f9 les pratiques courantes, la culture d\u2019entreprise, et les installations peuvent avoir une incidence majeure sur le sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de respect des travailleur\u00b7euses, ainsi que sur leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien effectuer leur travail.<\/p>\n<p>Elle comprend un ensemble d\u2019outils pratiques que les organisations peuvent employer imm\u00e9diatement, notamment : 1) un aide-m\u00e9moire pour l\u2019inclusion 2SLGBTQIA+ sur les sites de travail, 2) deux guides pour les r\u00e9unions \u00ab bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u00bb, 3) un guide pour les toilettes inclusives avec une signalisation pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, 4) un aide-m\u00e9moire pour les politiques sur le harc\u00e8lement et la discrimination, et 5) un aide-m\u00e9moire pour \u00e9tablir un GRE sur le site de travail. Cet ensemble de ressources permet aux organisations d\u2019identifier les lacunes, de faciliter le dialogue, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs politiques et de renforcer la responsabilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Des petits ajustements peuvent faire une grande diff\u00e9rence.
