D\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre, nous avons soutenu des employeurs et des employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s des secteurs priv\u00e9, public et \u00e0 but non lucratif dans leurs efforts pour cr\u00e9er des espaces plus s\u00e9curitaires qui reconnaissent et c\u00e9l\u00e8brent les talents des personnes 2SLGBTQIA+.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques faits saillants de 2024 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous avons visit\u00e9 neuf villes et organis\u00e9 20\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9v\u00e9nements<\/a>\u00a0en personne, rassemblant des membres de la communaut\u00e9 et des alli\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s ! Nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements phares, tables rondes et ateliers ont offert des perspectives de leadership renouvel\u00e9es, favoris\u00e9 des relations avec des partenaires locaux et b\u00e2ti de nouveaux r\u00e9seaux de professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s 2SLGBTQIA+ \u00e0 travers le Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_text_element][vc_empty_space][vc_image_caption image=&#8221;4326506&#8243; style=&#8221;style_1&#8243; caption_appear=&#8221;caption_disappear&#8221; skin=&#8221;light&#8221; radius=&#8221;0&#8243; title=&#8221;&#8221; description=&#8221;&#8221; preloader=&#8221;&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_text_element css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avec des repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s de nos Partenaires communautaires et Fi\u00e8res\u00a0organisations partenaires, nous avons sonn\u00e9 la cloche d\u2019ouverture de la Bourse de Toronto pour sensibiliser \u00e0 la Journ\u00e9e internationale contre l\u2019homophobie, la biphobie et la transphobie (<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/ceremonie-ouverture-tsx-cp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IDAHOBIT<\/a>) et lanc\u00e9 notre campagne\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/changemakers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHANGEMAKERS (Acteur.trice.s de changement)<\/a>, mettant en lumi\u00e8re 15 personnes qui font progresser l\u2019inclusion des 2SLGBTQIA+ dans les secteurs corporatif, de la fonction publique et des organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif au Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Nous avons renforc\u00e9 l\u2019inclusion en milieu de travail gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 25 heures de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/events\/list\/?tribe-bar-search=webinaire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programmation virtuelle<\/a>, rejoignant plus de 1 500 participant\u00b7e\u00b7s de nos Fi\u00e8res\u00a0organisations partenaires et Partenaires communautaires engag\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s dans des strat\u00e9gies percutantes.<\/li>\n<li>Nos programmes de leadership,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/programmes\/thrive2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">THRIVE<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/programmes\/flourish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FLOURISH<\/a>, ont permis \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 100 professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour devenir la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leaders bispirituel\u00b7le\u00b7s, queer, trans et alli\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s dans les milieux de travail au Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Nous avons accueilli six nouveaux membres au\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/a-propos\/board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conseil d\u2019administration<\/a>\u00a0qui apportent une expertise unique, un leadership visionnaire et un engagement ind\u00e9fectible \u00e0 faire progresser l\u2019inclusion dans les carri\u00e8res et les milieux de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_text_element][vc_empty_space][vc_image_carousel images=&#8221;4326510,4326516,4326518,4326520,4326524,4326522,4326514,4326512&#8243; style=&#8221;simple&#8221; radius=&#8221;4&#8243; shadow=&#8221;&#8221; navigation=&#8221;1&#8243; navigation_skin=&#8221;light&#8221; pagination_skin=&#8221;light&#8221; slides_to_show=&#8221;1&#8243; slides_to_scroll=&#8221;1&#8243; autoheight=&#8221;false&#8221; slider_speed=&#8221;7&#8243; autoplay=&#8221;5&#8243; stop_hover=&#8221;true&#8221; preloader=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_text_element css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div>Tout cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu possible gr\u00e2ce au soutien de nos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/a-propos\/fieres-partenaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fi\u00e8res\u00a0organisations partenaires<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/a-propos\/partenaires-communautaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Partenaires communautaires<\/a>, alli\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s et ami\u00b7e\u00b7s.
