Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de quatre autres organisations d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 sociale (Black Business and Professional Association, Fondation canadienne des femmes, H\u00f4pital de r\u00e9adaptation pour enfants Holland Bloorview et Conseil canadien pour le commerce autochtone), Pride at Work Canada\/Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada recevra 50 000 $ par ann\u00e9e pendant quatre ans, \u00e0 compter de 2024, pour soutenir nos programmes de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership 2SLGBTQIA+. Tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en tenant compte des commentaires des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles des quatre groupes de ressources pour employ\u00e9.e.s (GRE) li\u00e9s \u00e0 la DEI de <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/partner\/lcl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loblaw<\/a>, et nous avons travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec leur GRE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loblaw.ca\/fr\/dei\/#2slgbtqia-inclusive-spaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Fiert\u00e9<\/a> afin de d\u00e9velopper les opportunit\u00e9s pour les communaut\u00e9s 2SLGBTQIA+.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9 notre parcours en 2008, notre objectif principal afin d\u2019assurer notre viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait de mobiliser les membres de la communaut\u00e9 2SLGBTQIA+, les responsables des ressources humaines et de la diversit\u00e9, de l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l&#8217;inclusion, les leaders d&#8217;opinion et les employeurs. Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada ne peut avancer et continuer \u00e0 transformer les milieux de travail que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engagement et \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination de nos partenaires et de notre r\u00e9seau. Les organisations peuvent collaborer avec nous de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res, la plus courante \u00e9tant de devenir <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/nous-rejoindre\/simpliquer\/devenir-partenaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fi\u00e8re Partenaire<\/a> de Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada accompagne ses partenaires dans leurs d\u00e9marches de DEI afin de cr\u00e9er des espaces et des politiques plus s\u00e9curitaires pour leur personnel bispirituel, queer et trans. En devenant partenaire, les employeurs et leur personnel ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 nos avantages, programmes, services aux membres et conseils. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de commandites et de subventions pour soutenir directement certains de ses programmes, \u00e9v\u00e8nements, projets de recherche et initiatives. Ce type de soutien, dont celui-ci de Loblaw dans le cadre de son engagement \u00e0 faire progresser l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 sociale, nous permet de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 diffuser des contenus de qualit\u00e9 sous plusieurs formes.[\/vc_text_element][vc_text_element css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>\u00ab Nous sommes heureux de collaborer avec Loblaw et nous sommes reconnaissants de leur investissement dans notre cause. Les personnes participantes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un acc\u00e8s exclusif aux leaders queers et trans travaillant aux plus hauts niveaux des entreprises canadiennes et participent \u00e0 d\u2019importantes discussions entre pairs. Le programme a pour objectif de soutenir les leaders et les professionnel.le.s bispirituel.le.s, queers, trans qui sont \u00e0 la direction ou en voie de l\u2019\u00eatre, au sein des moyennes et grandes entreprises canadiennes.<\/p>\n<p><b>FLOURISH<\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/programmes\/flourish\/\">FLOURISH<\/a> est notre programme virtuel de leadership des GRE, qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires aux leaders des groupes de ressources pour employ\u00e9.e.s (GRE) 2SLGBTQIA+ pour \u00eatre efficaces et r\u00e9ussir dans leur r\u00f4le. Les personnes qui dirigent des GRE 2SLGBTQIA+ ont d\u2019excellentes possibilit\u00e9s de cr\u00e9er des changements pour le personnel bispirituel, queer et trans. Elles sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques dans les milieux de travail canadiens.
