Malgr\u00e9 plus de 50 ans de revendications, les personnes 2ELGBTQI+ demeurent exclues des protections de la Loi, ce qui les laisse sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les donn\u00e9es et initiatives d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, et confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles persistants comme les \u00e9carts salariaux, l\u2019emploi pr\u00e9caire et un taux de ch\u00f4mage plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La note met en lumi\u00e8re les co\u00fbts de cette exclusion, tant pour les travailleur\u00b7euses que pour les employeurs, et pr\u00e9sente des recommandations claires afin de reconna\u00eetre les personnes 2ELGBTQI+ comme groupe d\u00e9sign\u00e9. Ce changement a eu un impact sur de nombreuses personnes 2SLGBTQIA+, notamment les hommes gais, bisexuels et queers, ainsi que certaines personnes trans et non binaires. En 2024, la SCS a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des excuses officielles reconnaissant les torts caus\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la SCS s\u2019efforce de r\u00e9tablir la confiance avec les communaut\u00e9s et le personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ en misant sur l\u2019\u00e9coute, l\u2019engagement et la transformation de sa culture interne.
