Adecco is currently hiring a Claims Analyst for a full-time remote opportunity. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who excel in data accuracy, process adherence, and working in structured, high-volume environments.

The Claims Analyst I plays a key role in reviewing claims, processing documentation, and ensuring all work aligns with internal standards and service level expectations.

  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

  • Location: Ottawa, ON | Remote

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Employment Type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Review and process claims and related correspondence in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

  • Follow written scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance

  • Utilize internal systems and proprietary software to access claim information, input decisions, and escalate issues when required

  • Perform accurate data entry and verification of claim details

  • Analyze claim information and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the team

  • Communicate any challenges or blockers to leadership in a timely manner

  • Ensure all work aligns with internal processes, compliance standards, and service level agreements

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions

  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods of time

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently in a remote environment

Technical & Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Internet connection must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (preferred 25 Mbps / 10 Mbps)

    • Jitter below 10

    • No mobile hotspots or unauthorized VPNs

  • Computer requirements:

    • Minimum Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor

    • Minimum 8 GB RAM

    • Minimum 238 GB hard drive

    • Windows 10 or higher

  • Equipment:

    • Headset required

    • Dual screen setup (laptop + monitor or desktop + 2 monitors)

  • Work environment:

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
