Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Dealer Auto Services in Maple Ridge, BC . Do you have a passion for insurance, leadership, and delivering exceptional client service? If so, you'll love working for Westland! Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $60,800 to $76,000 based on a 40-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As an Assistant Manager, Dealer Auto Services, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting your team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the promotion, sales, and service of auto insurance products, including ICBC, Optiom, Agile, and more.

You'll inspire, guide, and empower your team to achieve the goals of our clients, the company, and each other, while leveraging your insurance expertise to drive results and build a high-performing, client-focused environment.
