Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for a well‑established international Christian ministry organization with over 75 years of global outreach experience across nearly 200 nations. In this role you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to senior leadership and the broader team, ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the office. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong sense of service, exceptional organizational skills, and a personal commitment to the Christian faith.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Location: Guelph, ON
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the President and Vice‑President
Create and maintain action lists from meetings for management and staff follow‑up
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and scheduling for leadership
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date databases and records
Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and direct calls appropriately
Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
Prepare reports, correspondence, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail, emails, faxes, and deliveries
Prepare and send outgoing mail, courier packages, and parcels
Order and monitor office supplies to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma required
Post‑secondary education in administration, computers, or office administration is an asset
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to listen, comprehend directions, and follow through effectively
Ability to anticipate and respond to leadership and ministry needs
Strong recall and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to compose correspondence from direction
Ability to research, compile, and format information as requested
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic office environment
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
Capable of moving multiple tasks forward efficiently
French language skills are considered an asset
Have a pleasant, professional demeanor
Enjoy working in a Christian ministry environment
Be personally committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Be willing to comply with organizational policies
Be willing to complete a background check
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
