Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee and manage all operations related to our client’s customer contract and operation in Milton, ON. You will ensure efficiency, safety, and quality while maintaining excellent client relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Pay Rate: $150K - $160K (+20% bonus) /annually

  • Location: Milton, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall service associated to the customer contract & Operation manual

  • Define and update actions to ensure the safety of the staff and security of the facility

  • Manage actions to deliver performance and quality in a continuous improvement mindset

  • Apply the group management rules

  • Key operational contact of the customer

  • Commits to provide the highest possible level of service through proper handling of warehouse processes in accordance with the country manager instructions, procedures, standards & client requirements 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in site or operations management, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or facility management.

  • Experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
