Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Sales Account Manager for our client in the home comfort and renovation sector in Halifax, NS. This role focuses on driving profitable revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a world‑class showroom environment.   • Pay Rate: 35K Base Salary + 10% commission on gross margin

  • Location: Halifax, NS

  • Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm | The hours of work will vary from Monday to Saturday and on occasion, could be off-site venues (such as trade shows)

  • Job type: Permanent| Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products and services, with emphasis on higher‑margin brands.

  • Review open sales orders and drive them to closure.

  • Achieve revenue targets while maintaining profit margins.

  • Minimize repeat service visits through accurate sales practices.

  • Conduct outbound calls, customer visits, and prospecting.

  • Work in the showroom as scheduled, including Saturdays.

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Complete in‑home customer visits as needed.

  • Resolve customer concerns before escalation.

  • Follow the company’s sales process and service standards.

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are customer‑ready.

  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace.

  • Learn and apply the company’s sales system and best practices.

  • Participate in training, seminars, and self‑development.

  • Maintain product knowledge across all brands and services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or home renovation/remodeling (asset).

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)

  • Professional, customer‑oriented, and respectful.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Self‑motivated, organized, and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work well with teammates and share knowledge.

  • Comfortable with prospecting, follow‑ups, and upselling.

  • Reliable and able to represent the company professionally.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
