This session will address common myths surrounding DEI data\, clarify legal rights and responsibilities\, and highlight opportunities for leveraging SOGIE (sexual orientation\, gender identity\, and expression) data to drive workplace inclusion. \nWith International Day Against Homophobia\, Biphobia\, and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) on May 17\, this webinar provides timely insights into how data collection can support efforts to combat systemic barriers faced by 2SLGBTQIA+ employees.
