He specializes in minority leadership development with half of his practice dedicated to LGBTQ2+ leadership development and transformation. \nJeremy leverages his diverse lived and work experience to approach supporting Queer folks with a trauma-informed\, intersectional\, and whole-person approach to leadership development.
