DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, February 22\, 2023\, from 12 PM to 1 PM EST – this event is exclusive for employees of our Proud Partners and Community Partners. \nWhile many organizations have renewed their diversity and inclusion strategies\, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in Canada continue to experience significant pay and employment gaps and are grossly underrepresented in leadership positions.  \nOver the last 8 months\, Pride at Work Canada’s research team has examined the ways in which existing social barriers in the workplace have a limiting effect on the advancement of 2SLGBTQIA+ employees into senior leadership positions.
