Adecco is currently hiring a Stock Manager for a full-time opportunity in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership within a logistics environment.

The Stock Manager will oversee inventory flow, ensure product traceability, and lead a team responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations while meeting performance and service objectives.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all inventory and stock management activities within the warehouse

  • Lead, organize, and support the stock management team to ensure operational efficiency and performance targets are met

  • Plan and manage inventory cycles including annual, rotating, and permanent counts, and implement corrective actions to address discrepancies

  • Ensure full traceability of products, including compliance with quality standards, expiry tracking, and handling of regulated or sensitive goods

  • Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage utilization

  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations

  • Maintain strong client and supplier relationships, responding proactively to operational needs and challenges

  • Support and lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the warehouse environment

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

  • Participate in workforce planning, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee development

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar stock or warehouse management role

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations

  • Experience leading teams and managing performance in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in a warehouse setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Ability to manage priorities, solve problems effectively, and make informed decisions under pressure

  • Experience with Lean methodologies or continuous improvement practices is an asset
