Employer : National Bank

A career as a Chief Analyst, Governance and Business Process Support on the Capital Markets IT team at National Bank means acting as an end-to-end strategic reference for the governance, control, and evolution of critical business processes.

Through your ability to structure governance, your experience in continuous process improvement, and your in-depth understanding of Capital Markets operating chains, you have a tangible impact on overall performance, sustainable stability, and the quality of business decision-making.

Your job

  • Ensure end-to-end governance of the business processes under your responsibility, including their dependencies, risks, and operational impacts.
  • Meet performance and stability objectives by monitoring, analyzing, and evolving SLAs and key indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of issues, incidents, and problems to identify root causes and levers for sustainable improvement.
  • Ensure the coherent integration of incident, problem, and change governance into business processes.
  • Influence decisions and priorities by challenging existing ways of working and mobilizing stakeholders around higher-performing practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by clarifying roles and responsibilities and strengthening understanding of end-to-end impacts.

Your Team

Within the Capital Markets IT sector, you report to the Senior Director. The position ensures end-to-end governance of business processes by providing an integrated view of chains, their risks, and their performance indicators. It acts as a convergence point between business, operations, and IT teams, and helps evolve governance standards and continuous-improvement practices that deliver sustainable value.

We prioritize continuous learning, notably through learning in action and participation in structuring governance and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role enables you to develop deep expertise in Capital Markets business processes, while strengthening your influence-based leadership and your structuring role in the evolution of practices and organizational maturity.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in business process governance, value chains, continuous improvement, or complex operations, ideally in a Capital Markets context.
  • Experience monitoring operational and business performance using SLAs, indicators, and governance mechanisms.
  • Strong command of incident, production support, problem and issue management concepts, as well as root-cause analysis from a business-oriented and cross-functional perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in complex environments.
