Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations within our client’s 3PL facility In Milton, ON. In this role you will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing environment.  If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency, leadership, and innovation in the 3PL space, we want to hear from you!

  • Pay Rate: $90K - $100K (+ 15% bonus)/annually

  • Location: Milton, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the operational service to the customer related to the customer contract & Operation manual

  • Manage the subordinate teams and ensure their safety in all areas of the facility through the application of the defined actions and processes.

  • Plan and adapt the workforce accordingly to forecasts and service to be processed.

  • Maintain a high level of productivity in a continuous improvement mindset

  • Use assigned work tools, in accordance with site manager's instructions, documentation, procedures, standards and client requirements.

  • Monitor Quality & Productivity & Promote Improvement plans,

  • Implement Operational Strategy

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management within a 3PL or logistics environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are an asset.

  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and data-driven decision-making tools.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
