Hours of work:  Monday thru Friday 11am -7pm  (Pacific Standard Time)

As a Intake Consultant you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients seeking access to our national continuum of treatment services
  • Identifying which of our services is the best fit against the expressed need and articulating the value of our programs in order to convert the interest to an admission
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, Finance, etc.) to ensure the clients’ needs are addressed and the treatment admission progresses
  • Managing leads within sales tracking software
  • Setting up clients in financial software, drafting payment agreements and forwarding these to clients, and processing payments
  • Participating in team meetings and supporting national sales colleagues as appropriate
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and applications re: any proposed enhancements

What we’re looking for:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Health-related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional business environment, health-related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lead tracking software (Salesforce)
  • Ability to work well with others and takes responsibility for actions and decisions
  • Embraces new ideas and ways to do things and supports the achievement of sustainable practices
  • Detail-oriented individual who works accurately

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model.  Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements.  Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is 42,000 to 48,000 annually .
