Adecco is currently recruiting for multiple Health & Safety roles in the Manufacturing Sector across the Lower Mainland, BC. These opportunities are ideal for experienced safety professionals who are passionate about workplace safety, compliance, and building strong safety cultures within industrial environments.

We are hiring for a range of positions, including Health & Safety Manager, Health & Safety Lead, Health & Safety Supervisor, OHS Specialist/Coordinator, and Manufacturing Safety Supervisor. This posting is part of an ongoing talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities with Adecco’s clients in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, energy, and other industrial sectors.

  • Pay Rate: $36.00 – $83.00/hour (depending on role and experience)

  • Location: Lower Mainland, BC

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (daytime hours typical)

  • Contract: Temporary, temp-to-perm, or permanent opportunities

  • Vacancy Status: Talent pipeline / future opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee workplace health and safety programs while ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company policies

  • Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations

  • Develop, deliver, and support safety training sessions and toolbox talks

  • Lead emergency response planning and maintain first aid readiness

  • Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and employees to strengthen safety culture

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and corrective action tracking

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and risk reduction strategies

Requirements

  • Occupational First Aid Certificate (OFA Level 2 or 3 preferred)

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments

  • Strong knowledge of provincial health and safety regulations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to coach, influence, and promote safe work practices

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
