Adecco is partnering with a well‑established Canadian manufacturer and installer operator to hire a General Manager, playing a critical role in revenue growth, production excellence, and customer experience.  This role requires a strong focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.

  • Pay Rate: $110,000–$120,000+(Base salary + quarterly bonus + annual profit sharing)

  • Location: Kelowna, BC 

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Customer Experience

  • Grow regional revenues and expand the company’s presence in the local market

  • Implement and adjust Branch‑level sales plans to support growth objectives

  • Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, and end‑customers

  • Ensure customers receive consistent, high‑quality service throughout the sales and installation process

  • Work collaboratively with peers across the organization to share operational and sales insights

Branch Operations & Performance

  • Direct daily activities across sales, manufacturing, scheduling, and installation functions

  • Maintain quality and service standards from initial sale through project completion

  • Balance capacity, workflow, and resources to meet customer commitments

  • Make sound decisions related to pricing, service offerings, and productivity

  • Monitor Branch financial results and protect company assets

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team across sales, administration, and leadership roles

  • Partner closely with the Production Manager to align operational execution with sales forecasts

  • Promote a workplace culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and customer focus

  • Ensure adherence to safety requirements, employment standards, and internal policies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience overseeing both revenue generation and operations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management, Branch leadership, or general management role

  • Background in industries such as:

    • Custom manufacturing or fabrication

    • Building products or materials

    • Interior or exterior finishing solutions

    • Similar production‑to‑installation environments

  • Strong capability to lead teams and interact confidently with customers and partners

  • Experience managing a profit‑and‑loss‑driven operation

  • Proficient with standard business software, including Microsoft Office

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
