Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service & Sample Processing Coordinator to support product sampling requests and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, multitasking, and working collaboratively across teams.

  • Pay Rate: $21.63 - $25.64/hour (depending on experience)

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm |37.5h/week

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract (possibility of becoming permanent)

Responsibilities:

  • Process customers’ requests for product sampling including entering the requests into the system

  • Work with internal colleagues to answer all customer enquiries

  • Manage other customer issues and share progress with both customers and internal colleagues

  • Other administrative works assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent, college education preferred.

  • Similar working experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • 1+ years customer service experience preferred

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.

  • Must be proficient in using MS office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts.

  • Well organized and able to communicate well with customers and internal colleagues

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Have a high level of positive work ethics and team spirit

  • Quick learner of processes, paperwork flow & computer program

  • Prioritize to meet deadlines, work independently but also a team player

  • Previous customer service experiences preferred

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
