Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations for one of our clients. This role is responsible for operating forklifts safely, handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment.
You should be safety‑focused, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse and forklift operations.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Location: Oakville, ON
Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts including counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, and other material‑handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Perform daily inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions
Follow all safety procedures, including proper load handling and material securement
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against documentation
Maintain organized storage areas and uphold warehouse cleanliness standards
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners to track inventory movement
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping targets
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and process issues promptly
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Walkie Rider, or similar)
1–2 years of warehouse or forklift operating experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
Strong attention to safety and detail
Basic computer skills or experience using warehouse scanners
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, or nights as required
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
