Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Manufacturing Area Manager to oversee operations within our client’s 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) site in Milton, ON. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing operational performance. Ideally, you will have a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, and team leadership within a fast-paced 3PL environment.   • Pay Rate: $80K - $85K (+ 10% bonus)/annually

  • Location: Milton, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective organization of the work of subordinate employees

  • Management of the working time of subordinate employees, application of the internal management rules

  • Responsible for the work and safety of subordinate employees

  • Responsible for motivating subordinate employees to improve work efficiency and look for all potential operational improvements

  • Ensure the subordinate employees are properly trained on operations processes as well as safety processes.

  • Ensure the application of all processes in the related area

  • Control efficiency & Quality of their Team and Implement Improvement Plans together with Supervisors

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or operations management within a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).

  • Strong track record in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.

  • Expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and performance management.

  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and data-driven decision-making tools.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are an asset.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
