Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Specialist with expertise in front-end development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.

Accountabilities 

Design and implement responsive, high-performance front-end applications hosted on GCP.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with cloud best practices.
Optimize application performance and scalability within GCP environments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the front-end stack.

Education / Experience / Other Information.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
•    3+ years of experience in front-end development (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
•    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5.
•    Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions).
•    Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
•    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with Cloud-native application development and containerization
•    Understanding of serverless architectures and GCP security best practices.
•    Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence
