Adecco is currently hiring full-time Production Associates to support manufacturing operations for our client in Belleville, ON. This role is responsible for assisting with production processes, operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires you to be reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Location: Belleville, ON
Shift: 12h shifts

Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions and quality standards
Operate machinery, tools, or equipment safely and efficiently (training provided as required)
Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality specifications are met
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or further processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines
Accurately complete production documentation or data entry as required
Assist with material handling, including moving raw materials or finished goods
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25–50 lbs] as required
Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
Familiarity with quality control or inspection procedures
Basic computer or scanner experience
Forklift or other equipment certification is an asset (where applicable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime if required
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
