Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Operational Sales Analyst to join our client’s team in Mississauga, ON. IN this role you will support business growth through advanced data analysis, reporting, and sales performance insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Data Analytics teams to evaluate customer and channel performance, support sales programs, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Apply advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate customer and channel performance, forecast sales potential, and support improvements in revenue, market penetration, return on investment, and overall profitability.
Determine key business metrics and partner with cross functional teams to consolidate data from multiple sources into standardized, reliable formats for identifying trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate closely with Pricing & Data Analytics teams to develop, enhance, and sustain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance indicators that measure business outcomes, monitor programs, and assess customer activity to uncover new sales opportunities.
Drive customer and channel focused reporting initiatives by partnering closely with the Sales team to define requirements and deliver actionable performance insights.
Oversee reporting for sales channels and incentive programs, including performance metrics, calculations, and related analysis
Provide coverage and operational and analytical support to Sales Leadership as required to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
Assist field sales teams with distributor, dealer, and channel-related requests, including the preparation and upkeep of monthly customer account listings.
Manage ongoing communication related to sales programs by coordinating updates, timelines, and key information with sales team members.
Conduct market and competitive analysis on industry programs and present findings and recommendations to support sales strategy decisions.
Serve as the primary liaison for the Sales organization regarding reporting tools and systems, including Tableau and SAP, addressing questions and resolving data-related issues.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including administrative functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post secondary institution in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline.
A minimum of three to five years of experience in sales analytics, customer-focused analytical roles, or a comparable position demonstrating strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Prior exposure in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.
High level of proficiency with reporting and business systems, including Tableau, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; working knowledge of French is considered an asset.
Proven ability to present complex information clearly, with strong skills in translating data into impactful and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Well-developed organizational and planning capabilities, with close attention to accuracy and detail.
Effective time-management skills, including the ability to independently prioritize workload, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated confidence to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and contribute effectively toward departmental and organizational objectives.
Willingness and flexibility to work extended or non-standard hours, including evenings or weekends, to support dealer-facing and internal business activities when necessary.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
