Adecco is excited to partner with our client, to hire a Digital Coordinator to join their global Marketing Activation team in Mississauga, ON. This role requires a detail‑oriented digital professional who enjoys juggling multiple platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and bringing digital marketing experiences to life.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of digital initiatives across multiple commercial websites, distributor platforms, and online tools—helping deliver a best‑in‑class digital presence for a global organization.

  • Pay Rate: $31.25/hour

  • Location: Mississauga, ON (Fully in‑office role)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

What you will do;

  • Manage day‑to‑day content updates across multiple commercial websites, working closely with agencies and developers to review, execute, and approve changes for go‑live

  • Oversee the distributor learning platform, including course assignments, manual user management, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users

  • Lead regular content audits across websites and distributor platforms to ensure content, imagery, case studies, and assets remain accurate and up to date

  • Facilitate weekly workflow meetings with creative and development agencies to ensure smooth ticket management and clear communication

  • Partner with the IT team to manage website security, SSL certificates, domains, and vanity domains

  • Support server security tickets and ensure proper implementation and approvals

  • Act as a key point of contact for sales teams, managing user access and proactively identifying platform usage gaps through data insights

  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the ecommerce and order management website, responding to user queries and suggesting process improvements

  • Proactively flag and manage website content updates outside of regular audit cycles

  • Build and deliver reporting dashboards for marketing leadership, along with ad hoc reporting needs

What you bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (excluding social media)

  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing or a related field

  • Hands‑on experience with website management and Google Analytics

  • Exposure to digital planning and execution, acting as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and agency partners

  • Familiarity with Sitecore and Pardot/Salesforce is an asset

  • Strong foundational knowledge of websites, CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics

  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities

  • Collaborative, team‑oriented approach

  • Comfortable working with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards

  • Project management skills are an asset

  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, visual inspections, precise hand movements, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 lbs as needed

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
